Welcome to Blessed African Braids. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services at our salon, you agree to the following Terms and Services. These terms outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations between our salon and our clients. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Appointments

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
  • A deposit may be required for certain services. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your total service cost.
  • Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in a loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

3. Service Guarantee & Satisfaction

We take pride in the quality of our work and aim for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your style:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.
  • We will gladly offer a reasonable adjustment or fix (based on the original style booked), free of charge.
  • Refunds are not provided for completed services.

4. Salon Etiquette

To ensure a pleasant and respectful environment:

  • Children are welcome only if being serviced.
  • Please refrain from using loud phone calls during your appointment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disrespectfully or disruptively.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Service prices are listed on our website and in the salon but may vary based on hair length, thickness, and specific styling requests.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation or prior to starting your service.
  • We accept cash, mobile money, and other available payment methods.
  • Tips are not required but are always appreciated.

6. Use of Client Photos

With your permission, we may take and post photos of your finished style for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your stylist at the time of service.


7. Allergies & Hair Conditions

  • Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies, scalp conditions, or hair sensitivities.
  • We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or allergies.

8. Products & Extensions

  • You may bring your own hair or purchase from us.
  • If you are using your own extensions, please ensure they are clean, detangled, and appropriate for your selected style.
  • We are not responsible for issues resulting from poor-quality or incompatible hair extensions provided by the client.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, logos, photos, and videos, is the property of Blessed African Braids and may not be copied or reused without permission.
  • You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit illegal activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safe and satisfactory services, Blessed African Braids is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by improper aftercare or handling of braids and extensions
  • Loss or damage of personal items
  • Reactions to products or materials (unless caused by known negligence)

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Services from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Hair is not provided

The client is responsible for providing the hair which will be used for the service they need
